Strengths and Areas for Improvement


After the athlete's assessment, each athlete will receive a radar chart showing where they rank compared to other athletes at the same level and position and/or the level the athlete is striving to reach.


Greater the number and the size of the plot, the better the performance.


Each report provides strengths and opportunities to improve.


After the assessment, a customized improvement plan will be implemented . Each trainings plan will focus on areas of improvement and cognitive skills that are critical to an athlete's sport/position.

Two evaluations can be overlapped to see areas of improvement between two points in time, such as a baseline assessment and six month mark of a individualized training regimen.

This comparison can also be beneficial after an athlete has suffered a head injury. Identifying and improving key skills that are likely to be effected by these types of injuries.
