ASSESS

Visual and sensory skill training begins with identifying an athlete’s sensorimotor functions. These functions are essential for any

sport. Senaptec’s Sensory Station, allows us to create a baseline sensory assessment measuring the following skills:

  • Visual Clarity

  • Contrast Sensitivity

  • Depth Perception

  • Near Far Quickness

  • Perception Span

  • Multiple Object Tracking

  • Reaction Time

  •  Target Capture

  • Eye-Hand Coordination

  • Go/No Go

Testing these functions will identify strengths and opportunities for improvement. Benchmark scores give us a starting point to improve on an athlete’s mental skills, historically considered “immeasurable.”

After completing the initial assessment, Senaptec’s patented analytics program uses a matrix graphic which will compare an athlete’s results to those playing the same sport, position, and competition level.
